Whenever a member buys a keyword they receive free Profit-Share-Credits and these Credits are used as an indicator to determine how active a member has been with Kooday. Once a week Kooday will calculate the amount that it is able to profit share with its members and assign a value to each Profit-Share-Credit. The amount each week is not guaranteed and will fluctuate.
Members wishing to participate and maximize in our Profit sharing are recommended to accumulate 50,000 Profit-Share-Credits. Members will notice there are various methods to achieve this goal quickly.
Hint: Keywords that have a higher rating will render more Profit-share-Credits. The rating is not revealed until purchased but the cost of a keyword is in most cases a good indication that it has a higher rating. Members have been known to swap words with each other or even buy from themselves. Kooday permits and encourages creativity on getting to 50,000 Profit-Share-Credits.
An important note to remember when buying keywords is to make sure that it is a real word or phrase that can be found on WebPages. There will come a day that useless made up words will not be counted in our profit sharing plans. If our WebCrawler cannot find your keywords on WebPages throughout the internet it will become of no value.
Let's assume that you have managed to accumulate 50,000 Profit-Share-Credits. A member is now allowed to accumulate Gold-Credits. The goal is to accumulate 5,000 Gold-Credits. These credits are a little bit harder to get your hands on. A member is only given 1 Gold-Credit for each keyword purchase. It does not matter how much the keyword costs or its rating, you only get 1 Gold-Credit. Kooday wants a person to actually participate in 5000 individual keyword trades.
Hint: For Gold-Credits it probably is best to buy low cost keywords. Make sure that they are real words that our webcrawlers will find on web pages or else they will eventually carry no value.
Members that accumulate Gold-Credits will share in a much greater percentage of Kooday profits. The value of a Gold-Credits will be greater than Profit-Share-Credits.
Members are allowed to share in both profit pools. If a member has Profit-share-credits and some Gold-Credits they share in both share pools.
When a member has accumulated 5000 Gold-Credits they become a Kooday Diamond. (This is Koodays highest profit share level)
Once you become a Kooday Diamond the focus changes from accumulating credits and focuses on maintaining or increasing your value of your entire keyword empire.
Here is where you can find what your keyword value is:
A Kooday Diamond is basically a multiplier of Gold-Credits. To put it simply if you had a Keyword value of $3000 you would receive a profit payout that is 3 times the amount of your Gold-Credit payout.
Formula: (The amount you received from your 5000 Gold-Credits) x (The value of your Keywords/1000)= Kooday Diamond Payout.
Example: You received $50 from your 5000 Gold-Credits and had keyword value of $4,625.00
50 x {4625/1000} = 231.25
Therefore you would get a Kooday Diamond bonus of $231.25
The value of your keywords is calculated at the moment of payout. Sometime during Thursdays each week this will be calculated.
You are in control of your keyword empire. Manage it wisely.
Important note: Once a member has attained a Kooday Diamond status their Profit-Share-Credits will be removed and only their Gold-Credits remain. This will return 50,000 Profit-Share-Credits for a new member to accumulate. It limits the dilution of the Profit-Share-Credit pool.
There is no guarantee of amount of money to be shared. Kooday understands and acknowledges the importance our members play in grabbing a market share in the search engine business and will work diligently to maximize our profits.
Some weeks our profit sharing levels might seem disappointing to people but other weeks will be phenomenal.

When purchasing KeyWords or linking a website to a KeyWord you must use our internal currency which is called a Kooday Dollar. These function similar to a credit system and are used within our system.
A Kooday Dollar (credit) is equal to 1 USD . When buying there is a small fee taken from your purchase. This fee is used to cover transaction costs that Kooday is charged to receive and payout monies. Kooday pays the PayPal fee when a member requests monies. A member can at any time request unused or earned Kooday dollars to be sent to their PayPal account provided that it exceeds $1 USD.
Minimum purchase is $5 USD .
Minimum payout request is $1 USD.

A Keyword is a word or short phrase that directs a person to a website when typed into a search engine.
Everyone should own at least a few KeyWords! (In any language)
At Kooday you can purchase the ownership of any word. (This is called a KeyWord) You can buy a KeyWord for as little as $.10 cents. Buying a Keyword is the only way to accumulate Profit-Share-Credits. These credits entitle you to share in our profits.
KeyWord ownership also allows you to link a website to the word. When someone performs a search they are sent to your website.
If somebody wishes to link their website to a KeyWord that you own they must pay you a fee or buy the KeyWord from you.

Most of the profits are paid to you and some goes to your referrer and Kooday takes a small piece to share with our Profit-Share-Credit holders. Here is a heads up... If you happen to think of a great word, it would be a good idea to pay more than the minimum of $.10 cents because you are paid a percentage of the words value when someone adds a website or buys your KeyWord. Example: 30% of 10 dollars is more than 30% of 10 cents.
